Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/en-US/
2. Scroll to the right

Actual Results:
You're able to scroll to the right and the background is dislocated from the right side of the browser window (look at bug screenshot)

Expected Results:
Should not be able to scroll to the right and the background should not be dislocated from the right side of the browser window.


NOTE: This works fine on chrome and breaks on Firefox (I'm using the beta build).

This is not reproducible on a local environment. @jsocol - do you think we may have an issue with our css minifier?

To find out, run collect_static, set TEMPLATE_DEBUG = False in settings/local.py, and test.

Interesting that it works on Chrome. Also, Owen, which version were you using when it did work?
