737448 - Update product-details to have a current list of beta builds

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html is missing Khmer, which is available for download in beta. 

Given history in bug#720602, I imagine we're also missing other new locales that migrated from aurora to beta ~13march2012... but I dont have that complete list handy.

I can own changes to product-details since I push out aurora/beta/release updates on the website, but I'd like be pinged about localizations that are ready to be enabled on a new channel.

The script above can be used for aurora/beta/release channels to check that we are consistent between hg and what we propose on the website, it would be good to have that check in the QA process of releases.
