The text at the top of about:plugins is as follows:

Find more information about browser plugins at mozilla.org.
Find updates for installed plugins at mozilla.com/plugincheck.
Help for installing plugins is available from plugindoc.mozdev.org.

The URL in the first line redirects to the URL in the second line, so those two lines are duplicative. At least one should be removed.

The second one is a link to mozilla.com, but the page is now mastered on mozilla.org, so it needs updating.

Lastly, looking through plugindoc.mozdev.org, it seems out of date (e.g. it gives earlier version numbers for the Flash plugin). Also, being as it is on mozdev.org, it's not in the Mozilla house style. CCing the maintainer (hendikins) to try and find out more about how well maintained he feels the info is. (The FAQ on the site notes he's on "extended absence": http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/before-you-mail-hendikins.html)

No response from hendikins suggests that plugindoc.mozdev.org is no longer a suitable resource to link to. So I suggest replacing all that text with:

Check that you have the latest, secure version of all of your plugins at PluginCheck.

Looks like someone did this.
