The animated GIF images is not shown correctly.

They are just shown as black boxes, sometimes "a black box with some random 
colors in it".

I have tried to download the image to my local harddrive and load it, but it 
does still not work.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any webpage with a animated GIF image.

Actual Results:  The GIF image isn't shown correctly.

Expected Results:  The GIF image should be shown correctly.

i think this should go in bug 66974 , shouldn't it?
i think it is also a dupe of 73195.

for the throbber prob see bug 73328...
throbber is not more than an anim gif...
(look into $mozdir/chrome/modern/skin/modern/communicator/brand/throbber-anim.gif)
so i still think it should go into bug 66974 .
