steps to reproduce:
1. Load the review detail page for an app awaiting review.

Make the following changes:

a) Change 'More about this add-on' to 'More about this app'
b) Change 'Add-on History' to 'App History'
c) Change 'Review This Add-on' to 'Review This App'
d) Change 'Notify me the next time this add-on is updated' to 'Notify me the next time this app is updated' ( we don't really need this feature until we have app versions)
e) Change the page title to not say 'Apps Developer preview' anymore.
