dragging a link from a web page or a bookmark from the toolbar to the app tab area should create an app tab. instead, a normal tab is created. this is on 12.0b1

1. Have at least two app tabs 2. Drag a link from a page to between the app tabs Result: Drop indicator is shown between the tabs, but the new tab opens to the right of all app tabs. Expected: (A) make the new tab an app tab, in the location specified (preferred), OR (B) show the drop indicator to the right of all app tabs See also bug 787897, for dragging tabs rather than links.
