Followup on #736635. The filter editor dialog does not appear to have resize handles (and could probably be better implemented as a normal window, not a modal dialog).

Confirming. The dialog is resizable but does not have the resize indication in bottom right corner as other windows have. This dialog is implemented as XUL <dialog> instead of <window> Does anybody know why that is? Is it intentional? I once tried to convert it to <window> but it messed up the layout of elements in the whole window. If this change is wanted I could look at it in the future but would need some hints.

Summary: No resize handle in filter editor dialog → No resize handle in filter editor dialog (but the dialog is resizable)
TB trunk + windows has the resize corner for me
TB23 beta + linux does not have the corner. May be a theme issue?
Under Windows the Message Filters window (the one with the list of all filters) has a resizer but not the window where the filter rules are configured (the filter editor). It has also under Windows no resizer. I checked the filter editor in DOMi and where exists no resizer which could be shown through the theme.
My bad. I wasn't Lin editor
