Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Global Statistics Dashboard https://addons-dev.allizom.org/z/en-US/statistics/
2. In the "For last" menu click on "Custom" and select a custom period to be displayed in the graph.
Expected results:
First and last day for the custom period are included in the graph.
Actual results:
The last day for the custom period is not included.
