Joe has also seen this happen in the last week. I have no idea how to reproduce it.
Same for me.
Nightly (latest version.)
Windows 7
You need to reboot the browser :/
What versions of Flash are you seeing this with?
11.2.202.233

Does it happen with Flash 11.1? I have a hunch that this will only happen with Flash 11.2.

This has been happening to me every now and then for years, and it still does. Just now it happened to me while I was using Firefox ESR 45.2.0 on Calculate GNU/Linux with the default HTML5 player on Youtube. The audio stops when I close the tab (this has always been true).

It's not even slightly "not relevant anymore" still happening to me, mr. Smedgerg. When was it fixed? I have everything updated. At what point is it "not relevant anymore" if it is still happening? I'd love love love to know this.
Please, explain. All that is said above are assertions and guesses. Nothing even slightly close to an actual fix. But it's always good to have someone like you knock off a thread because you aren't having the issue, or you personally want the thread to end. How about someone first fix the issue, before someone just closes it.

Oh I see you Benjamin Smedberg is not accepting requests to get more information.... (*shakes head)
