The back toolbar image is displayed using the X broken image icon.

Resolved as WORKSFORME. I don't see this problem on Windows 98 or Linux. Is this still happening for you?

no idea what the reporter was talking about here but...vrfy wfm in new win98 build, image for the back button is fine
