738588 - add ts_paint to the android tests

Description

For desktop we stopped running ts and now we only run ts_paint (measuring mozafterpaint).  We want to do something similar for android.

The one pending question is do we want to run a new test in parallel, or replace the existing one?

this is doubly fixed in bug 913244
