One more component addition - 

* The name of the component

"Theme"

* The product it should go in

Fennec (XUL)

* A longer description

Bugs and requests for enhancements or changes to the default theme that ships with Firefox Mobile (XUL based UI).

* Any flags (bug and/or attachment) that will need to be visible for bugs against the new component.

Isn't Fennec (XUL) development dead? Why do we need new components for it?

We've taken it over for developing the browser that will run within Win8 Metro.
