Not super critical, but at some point we should update the 404 page to the new Bedrock style:

Looks like we didn't push this on prod without the /b/, as it exists on http://www.mozilla.org/b/en-US/jflksd, but not http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/jklds

What should we do to get this ported/visible on prod?

Do we need a rewrite rule to drop the /b/ and have it Just Work (tm)?
