Steps to reproduce:

1. Install a non-boostrapped add-on like http://addons.mozilla.org/android/addon/hotpost/
2. Click the "Restart" button in the doorhanger prompt that appears.

Expected result: The browser restarts.
Actual result: The browser quits and does not start again.
My suspicion is this is because we crash on shutdown (which would mean this would be a dupe of a shutdown bug like bug 737437). Could QA confirm or deny my suspicion please?

I get bug 737437 - crash in mozilla::ipc::RPCChannel::OnMaybeDequeueOne when restarting using the extension from comment 0.

blassey has a build with a fix for 737437 I tested with that build and the restart functions correctly.
