Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; AOL 9.6; AOLBuild 4340.5004; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/5.0)

Steps to reproduce:

I updated to the latest version

Actual results:

Unable to Print or print preview. I did the "help" fixes and it still does not print. I can print in other web browsers such as internet explorer and aol.
This happens everytime there is an update, last update it corrected itself. Hopefully this will too soon. I use my school on this browser and it looks like I am going to have to switch soon. Too many simple issues with this product

Expected results:

I should have updated without issues as serious as being unable to print.
PLEASE GET THIS FIXED !!! I spent too much time setting this up to have to do it on another product.

Does the problem still occur in Firefox 12? There was a problem in Fx11 with
the "Print Selection" feature (bug 736915) that we fixed in Fx12. Other than
that I'm not aware of any new Print problems in Firefox 11.

If it still occurs in Fx12, please try in "Firefox Safe Mode" to rule out
that any add-ons is causing the problem. Thanks.

Resolving as "incomplete", since there's no testcase or URL that can be tested (i.e. attempted to print) to demonstrate the issue, and no response to comment 2 about whether the problem still reproduces.

Hopefully this started working again for the reporter! But if not, please provide more details (e.g. a URL that you can't print), and try Safe Mode per comment 2. Thanks!
