What I noticed about the screenshot:
1) SeaMonkey has disappeared.
2) Windows taskbar has 6(!) Java tiny icons.

*Fwiw, this is the first screenshot after bug 637101 fix.
*I would assume SeaMonkey crashed due to memory allocation error.
 Which may also be why it got a null 'mProxy'.
*The 6 Java icons seem unusual and may be a hint...
*Is 'cn-sea-qm-win2k3-01' (virtual) memory setting lower compared to the other Windows SeaMonkey boxes?
