Once we have removed most synchronous stuff from here, the only remaning bits will be RemovePageXXX methods and MarkAsXXX methods, we should just move the MarkAsXXX stuff to nsINavHistoryService and provide fully-async remove methods in mozIAsyncHistory, and remove this quite pointless interface.
