Details

The desk phone in room 3H in Mountain View looks fine, but there's no way to make a call. Neither the speakerphone button nor picking up the handset work/make it dial.

Henry this has been a repeated problem in this room. Can you see if the connection from the server room to the port is bad?

Issue was with the port from the wall to the phone. Replaced cable.
