Details

Every time I start typing in the location bar with the letter 'k', it tries to autocomplete "kuma.readthedocs.org", but that URL is a 404, so I have no interest in ever going there again.

Autofill shouldn't complete URLs that return 404 or 410, or a 405 on GET. Most other statuses are probably fine for autocomplete.

This may be a dupe of bug 9203.
Bug 9203 is a Seamonkey bug. Bug 322511 is said to be the corresponding Firefox one, but the state of that bug seems a little bit unclear to me.
