IMAP or local messages? Have you tried TB 12 beta builds?

IMAP. And no, I haven't. I'm not much of a beta person.

this might be a dup of bug 733731, which is fixed in the latest beta. But we can't know unless you try it (or you wait for TB 12 to come out in 4 weeks or so)

OK. So how do I try the beta?

thx Julie, please let me know the results - there's a download button here - http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/channel/
David, this looks more like a dupe of bug 737312.

Maybe - bug 737312 won't say if it's pop3 or imap, so I can't assume they're the same.

julia, what antivirus software do you use?

Comment 9•14 years ago

AVG Internet Security 2012
I've upgraded to TB 12 (beta), and it's not a problem any more.
