I ended up putting more into Javascript for Android a11y than we initially anticipated. So we don't need to check for a11y in the widget layer as we do in most platforms, a JS->Java message is good enough.

Comment on attachment 609574 [details] [diff] [review] Remove a11y checks from android widget wrappers and add "Accessibility:IsEnabled" to gecko bridge. I have not worked on JNI and hence not the best person to review this patch. Blassey would be the right person to review this.
