Hey Tara

We have a major Firefox Flicks event happening on April 25 at Temple in San Francisco. In terms of all the assets we need, they will be needed by April 20.

We will need a mixture of design for print and for display on digital screens. Still images should be PNG with a minimum resolution of 1024x768 and have a transparent background.

Here is a list of what is required:
*Printed posters on foam core (welcome messages and partner logos) - Need creative - How many welcome posters are needed in total? 2x3?
*Flicks welcome screens (DVDs must be menuless, autoplaying, and set to loop automatically.) - Need creative
*Flicks partner logos on DVD (DVDs must be menuless, autoplaying, and set to loop automatically.) - Chelsea to provide, may need design assistance 
Resolution 720x486
*Flicks partner logos in PPT (Resolution 1280x720) - Chelsea to provide - may need design assistance
*Firefox Video Clips - Chelsea to provide - Video must be in Quicktime (mov) format compressed in PhotoJpeg or M4V/MP4.

Do you want to hop on the phone and talk these through. I think we may need copy for the welcome message, otherwise it's just design.

Hey Rhonda, 

It looks like Barry is going to take care of the video clips and the stuff for the monitors. So we just need to see about the posters. I'm checking with Kristin in the other bug to see if we can use the same ones we sent to the Film Festival. I'll check in with you as soon as I get an answer there.
