+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #707761 +++

We need to spin up an admin node for the new MDN cluster in SCL3.

Specs:

40GB disk
2GB RAM
1 core
RHEL6 64-bit

Name should be developeradm.private.scl3.mozilla.com.


This will be needed to deploy code for the sm-devmostage01 and 02 servers, which have to be migrated out of SJC1 by Apr 6 at the latest... so ideally this needs to be done a few days before then, so we can get it set up.

The current admin node is the shared mradm02... that's why we need a new one instead of migrate the old one. The 2 sm-devmostage0[12] VMs will be migrated temporarily, then ultimately replaced.
DNS (Reverse/forward) added and node added to inventory.
