I tried filling out the form with various platforms:

I ended up re-using what we had for 12.0b3. Where and how should we get changesets next time?

Hrm, I hope you're using an empty set, as that's the correct data for now. We're not localizing the current beta builds, as we don't intend to ship them anyway.
