Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you don't have the WMPP 11 installed.
    Go to: http://www.netcam.ro/network/camera/transilvania/cluj/cluj-napoca/webcam-piata-avram-iancu-cluj.html
2. Plugin missing warning appears, Firefox doesn't find it.
3. Manual install the plugin 
4. Reload the page, then switch between tabs.


Actual results:

First of all WMPP 11 fails to plays the video stream.
Then if you switch between the tabs you'll the black backgroung from the plugin in the other tabs.
Also if you are lucky you might experience a crash of the plugin.
*These expected results are shown in the screenshots i've made and attached.


Expected results:

Firefox should have played the video stream without any problems.

Did you restart after the install? Does this only happen on the 1st run with an install taking place during the session?

Yes, i did restart firefox and also i've uninstalled the plugin and tried again the same behavior occurred.

I just found your old bug report and want to ask you for a short update.
can you still see a problem with this plugin? or was it solved in an firefox version in the last 2 years?

Hey Stefan,

Wow, that's quite a question after more then 2 years, and 21+ versions after Firefox 11.

Just tested it, and this problem was fixed in one of the releases, these past 2 years.

If you want to find the range be my quest.

I'll close the bug.
