steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/search/?sort=created&price=paid
2. Purchase one of the apps
3. Complete the purchase via PayPal
4. Notice the purchase button
expected behavior:
Purchase button changes to "Install"
observed behavior:
Button status doesn't update to "Install" after purchase
clicking the button again results in
