please kickstart the following nodes with rhel6, setup dns, dhcp, and run a base puppetize on them (don't add them to any mysql classes, we will be working these up with percona 5.5 later)

Also make sure they get their vlan flipped to 70 and change their status in inventory to 'production' once they are up.
