740384 - Replace "Partners" in Flicks header with "News"

Hey guys, 

PR and others in Marketing would like to see a link to news in the header. There's no additional room for "news" in the header with all the locales correct? If that is right, then let's move partners down with legal and privacy maybe? Let me know what you think.

Reopening; this won't work, since we default to HTTPS, and Tumblr does not seem to support HTTPS:
