Details

STR: 1. Create a new profile 2. Add a gtalk account --> The contact list is still empty 3. Restart --> The contact list is now filled
Obviously, I'd expect the contact list to be filled the first time around. I got a few error messages when I tested this, but I'm not sure they are related.
Likely related to bug 740451 where the blist.sqlite file failed to be created for some reason.
