qa - bug error msg
The error message 'Statistics are currently unavailable' flashes ever so briefly on page loads. I verified that this behavior is occurring on dev, stage, and prod.

Steps to reproduce:
1. login
2. navigate between pages - 'My Banners', 'FAQ', 'About Affiliates'
Expected:
The error message isn't displayed
<div class="statistics-warning msg_warning" style="display: none;">Statistics are currently unavailable.</div>
Actual:
The error message briefly flickers on the screen
'Statistics are currently unavailable'
