Details
This is a polish bug from the migration of the Get Involved page over to Bedrock.
Please make the Area of Interest error message consistent with the error messaging used in the other form elements.
To reproduce:
* fill in the all form elements but don't select anything from the Area of Interest drop down.
* click Submit.
* the page reloads and there is a note added to the form about filling in that field.
* for comparison other error messages are shown as tooltips without having the page reload.
The desired outcome would be to have the same type of tooltip message show up and not require the page to reload if someone doesn't select an item from the drop down menu.

With the addition of the CAPTCHA, we'll also want to make the use of an error message consistent for that form element as well.
On the dev server it looked like the CAPTCHA error message reloaded the page and put the error message in the form away from the CAPTCHA instead of showing up as a tooltip without reloading.
