Steps to reproduce:

Scroll with the mouse wheel in the message list.


Actual results:

Sometimes, there is display corruption.  It seems to be that when I stop scrolling, part of the message list didn't finish updating with the final position.

If I move the mouse cursor over message headers in the list, they then update correctly.  If I slide the mouse to the side out of the message list window, the list immediately updates correctly when the cursor leaves.  Trying to take a screenshot also causes the list to finish updating :-)


Expected results:

The message list should be updated correctly.

I tried with all add-ons disabled and I still see the problem.

Will that is bad! Anyway, this might provide a clue to the developers. I also tried to find a similar bug but couldn't find.

So it could be related to several differences:

Debian vs Slackware sw levels
x86_64 vs i686
NVidia graphics and driver vs whatever you're running
Gnome-shell vs XFCE

I think you should report this issue to the OS support developers. Maybe they have an idea. And you can still keep this bug open and get back to it for updates so we can also learn.

In that case, you have to take "screenshot" the old-fashioned way: with your digital camera... ;)
