74086 - saving location canceled when send email

Start saving location file icatos2.zip from 
http://service.boulder.ibm.com/dl/icat.
Saving cancelled after sending mail to somewhere.
I try this 5 times with the same result.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open http://service.boulder.ibm.com/dl/icat/icat-d#download 
2.Press "Download ICAT OS/2 Remote .." button.
3.Check save to disk and select location.
4.Write mail and send it to somebody.

Actual Results:  Saving File cancelled.

Expected Results:  Saving file continued.

Any attempt to save file start saving from the very
beginning. But it is better to continue saving from
the interrupt position.

Can you post the full sequence to get to the ICAT download? These links don't 
work.

Have you tested this on any other platform?
