We should be able to safely assert that the truncated bits are always zero. If this assertion fails, we should find out if it is a safe/useful use of PointerHasher.
Created attachment 622551 [details] [diff] [review] v0: Trivial assertion that only 0 bits get truncated. With the attached patch applied, all jit-tests and jsreftest pass in the shell on both x86 and x64.
