Steps to reproduce:

Please change Secondary DNS Server.

Primary:     ns0.mozilla.or.jp.
Secondary: ns.rca.co.jp.

Domain list we want to change:

Our secondary DNS Service will expire.

Please update secondary DNS entries as Takasaki request.

The scripts that generate the Domain_List automatically pull from the http list.

Oops, sorry. Only a few domains are set to new secondary dns.
The change is not distributed for all domains yet.

Like I mentioned over IRC earlier today :

[21:35:51] <@   fox2mike> | dynamis: Markmonitor is already working on it. They had some problem on their end and the automatic update failed, so they're doing some investigation as to why it failed. Once that is complete, they'll make the changes. If it doesn't happen by 7th may, I'll ask them to make those changes manually.

Nothing more to be done from our end, I'll follow up with Markmonitor and update this bug when they give me an update.
