They are both visible at certificate manager - personal in thunderbird. The first is qualified cert for signiture the second one - commercial- is for other applications. The problem is on my email account menu - security - signiture window there is only one possibility to choose. And this is the second, the more recent commercial. So then I can´t use Thunderbird for signituring my emails. I made screenshots of this problem

Is your token on a smartcard or in Thunderbird cert store ?
