Steps to reproduce:

Upgrade from FF10 to FF11
Open FF11 with Default Theme
Open one(1)** PDF document inside the browser eg. http://cran.r-project.org/doc/manuals/R-intro.pdf

**with 1 pdf it might be difficult to reproduce. Happens 99% of the time opening multiple PDFs so try http://www.math.upenn.edu/~wilf/DeturckWilf.pdf


Actual results:

PDF files become transparent and unreadable.

Opaque PDFs

I am also having this, and Bug 749926 might be the same.

When I disable vimperator plugin it seems to work fine.

Have you tried disabling addons or running in safe mode?

I just tested it out and you're right. The bug disappears after disabling Vimperator.
What happens now? Should I take it up with Vimperator devs?
