(and their stage equivalents) apparently need to be migrated out of SJC1 to somewhere else.  :cshields requested this bug for that.
they're static files, auto-checked-out from svn, so apparently that makes it easy.
As a temporary workaround, I suggest linking to the .svg files at the github docs repository, so that the page content works. and then switch the links back to docs.smc once this is fixed.

I cannot guarantee that this will be fixed soon than 7 days from now, but it may happen sooner.

This is part of a larger initiative to move many other sites out of SJC and into PHX that :jcrowe and I are working on.  Will update again when progress warrants.
