App review queues are getting moved to Marketplace's Reviewer Tools (bug 741513), so they should be removed from AMO's Editor Tools!

STR:
1. Go to https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/editors/queue/nominated
2. Click on Advanced Search
3. Notice the "Add-on type" options
we need to remove apps from the list.

This is bug 799269 now.

App review queue doesn't show up on AMO anymore.
