Until a better process/task model is defined, use the existing fullscreen mode and optionally tweak it for a more native experience.

Harald - As for the process/task model, Aaron & I have been drafting a apps quality checklist that might provide insight into how the native experience should be. On the desktop side, I've been drafting a test plan as well. Both of these elements may help give a better picture of the process/task model. We might want to sync up on defining use cases in this area.
