741641 - Unable to click on UI widgets and see context menus

In the last week my Aurora browser get broken after few moments of running. When I execute it everything works well, but after few minutes or hours I lost control over the browser UI. It seems that the native UI widgets just stop responding to clicks, while the other widgets, such as the navigation buttons and tabs are keep working.

Aurora menu button – show the hover and click button change but doesn't show any menu.
Menu bar (hidden by default; accessible by Alt-<letter>): becomes visible and quickly disappear again.
Right click on the page and on the UI itself: Does nothing. 
scrollbars: Working well.
Tabs: Working well.
Tabs drag and drop: Seems not to work at the moment. 


I thought that this problem is caused by Flash or something similar, but I can't find what could cause it. 

I'm using Ubuntu 11.10, and while it happen other applications including other Firefox windows (different profiles) are not affected by this issue.

This issue (still reproduce every few minutes to hours) also cause the awesomebar to stop working when the issue is in affect (probably because the awesomebar is a context menu), while the location bar autocomplete still works as expected.

I think this bug-report was somthing like forgotten.
can you give a short update on it, because I was not able to reproduce something like this in an actual firefox version.

Well, I don't remember what caused it and how it got resolved, and didn't got any traffic from different users or duplicated by other bugs. This bug is two (and half) years old and I think it is safe to close it by now… ☺
