Steps to reproduce:

I have 25+ tabs open. When clicking the arrow to view the next tab the next tab is not displayed. By closing a few tabs the tab was visible then  I could use it.


Actual results:

Upgrade to 11.0 Worked fine before.


Expected results:

The next tab off screen should be displayed. I only have about 30 tabs open.
