Community stewards should be able to take control of a group and add specific fields. For now that includes a website, a wiki, irc channels and the actual display of the steward.

(Fix bug741840) This allows community stewards to add some info to our group pages. They can now take over a group and add fields such a website, a wiki and irc channels.
Bumping to QA verified - individual non-blocking bugs have been filed. Group stewardship functionally works both for the admin user (thx tofumatt for the admin privs hookup) and for Mozillians who join the curated groups. UX verified in: FF RC, Beta, Nightly IE 8+ Chrome 18+ Safari 5+ Note - tallowen knows of the mobile bugs but wanted to wait for the release to go out so there was data in the views before doing UX tweaks. iPad2 - bug 746682 Android ICS phone Galaxy Tab 10.1 - bug 740181 The only bug of concern is bug 746342 which has to do with the 15 most commonly shared skills of group members being displayed.
