742074 - In Edit App Details, Change Name Allows Editing of the App URL - Felt Unexpected

After submitting a URL for an app manifest and going to edit app details, I saw the option to "change name" under the name and app URL. Upon selecting this option, I expected that I would only be editing the name of my app, but another option came up allowing me to modify the end part of the URL as well. As a user, this felt unexpected - I requested a name change, not a URL change.

A fix to this issue could be ideas such as the following:

- Generalize to edit
- Taking away the change name process entirely, allowing the name and app URL to be editable text fields by default - given that this is an "edit details" page
- Use some other approach I'm not thinking of
