Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to mozillians-dev.allizom.org
2. Click on "Profile" and then "Edit Profile"
3. Click on "Groups & Skills".
Actual Results:
Hard to understand groups & skills section.
Expected Results:
Headers per section for groups and skills each as well as the description text sized to match the field labels. Should match the mock-up layout - https://bug728877.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=598864
