Jenkins upgrade breaks on gitTool plugins. Currently reinstalling jenkins' plugins. Related to https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-12966

I'm manually reinstalling all plugins from a list I had printed out. So far, so good. I've even got the latest Git plugin installed without start-up crashes!

One more restart to go with the GitHub plugins installed. In bug 717864, we theorized that these conflicted with the Git plugin. According to JENKINS-12966, it might actually be the Static Analysis Collector Plugin. We'll wait and see...

OK. Everything appears cool. I did not install the Static Analysis Collector Plugin because of the known issue. Jenkins lists some errors importing old Android Sync. I may silence those and remove the plugin from its config. I think we can call this closed...
