See testcase, I can see the "mmmmmmmmmmmmmm" text outside the green box with border-radius.
This should not be possible, since the green box has overflow: scroll on it.

I don't see the bug in desktop Firefox so I guess this is a gfx bug?

I've tested this on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and the Samsung Galaxy SII.

Still occurs w/ 4/19 nightly build on Samsung Galaxy S II.  The test case on desktop only shows one corner being curved, fennec shows all 4 corners curved.  There's more than the "mmm"s that's wrong in this picture.

No, it's not, see bug 459144. There is a specification somewhere that says: "The UA may reduce or treat as zero the border-radius for a given corner if a scrolling mechanism is present in that corner."
