Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fire Fox(Version 11)
2. Tools -> Click on Add-ons
3. Check the page which will be opened -> In Feature Add-on Section -> InstantFox Quick
Actual results:
The text has "&" is displaying as "&"
Expected results:
The text should be "Speed up your web search & search via your address bar"
instead "Speed up your web search "& search via your address bar"
