Details

Samsung Galaxy S (admittedly with cognition 2.4.1) janks quite a bit for several seconds if you have tabs from last time when trying to scroll.d

Brad suspects library loading.

I filed bug 743270 with a note that the throbber may also be contributing to scrolling issues on about:home

also note that that bug has been dup'd, not actually fixed yet
JP tested with a build with the patch from bug 738938 and reports that scrolling about:home is much better
