742823 - make data selectable by the reason string provided in telemetry pings

...just like we have for channel, OS, etc.

The specific reason this is useful is to be able to compare what we get from persistent telemetry pings (reason string "saved-session", IIRC) vs. normal telemetry pings.

To be clear, you're asking for another dropn down box that filters based on the reason string. Are there a set of predefined reason string values or does the list need to come from the Telemetry pings?

idle-daily and saved-session are all we care away. I believe hbase already discards test-ping reasons(as it should)

Just a status update - all the backend work has been done (from hive all the way through telemetry evolution) and we're just waiting for backprocess to put this in place (can be seen from histograms already)
